last thursday, i attended the vanessa zahid collection launch party featuring jewelry from vanessa zahid and clothing designed by gina marie vintage. vanessa and i had collaborated on her lookbook (published on issuu) back in august, so i had a sneak peek of some of her pieces before the show. i loved the way the jewelry and clothing worked well together in terms of styling, very simple and elegant, well presented on the runway. definitely hope to see more from gina marie vintage in the local fashion scene - i love sheer neutrals. congratulations to both designers!
